CEMA Communications Audit

The CEMA communications audit had the following objectives: 1. Understand stakeholder perceptions of CEMA, its mandate, expectations, and effectiveness to date and issues hindering CEMA's success. 2. Understand expectations of and preferred methods for communication. 3. Sort and prioritize communications issues based on feedback from stakeholders. 4. Recommend next steps for communications based on priorities, including messages and methods.
